Orders & Lead times

What are your usual lead times?

Standard items: 2 to 4 weeks. Custom orders or large volumes: 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity and workshop capacity. A firm delivery window is confirmed in the quote.

Do you offer staggered or partial deliveries?

Yes. We can split deliveries by site or by date. This is noted on the order form and may affect shipping costs.

Do you offer samples?

Sample sets are available for most items. Samples are billed and then credited against confirmed orders beyond the MOQ.

Customization

What customization options do you offer?

Logo marking (emboss/deboss), enamel colours, finishes, formats and packaging. We also handle co-branding when relevant.

How do I send my logo or brand assets?

Provide vector files (SVG, AI or EPS) and your brand guide. We send a digital proof and, if needed, a pre-production sample to validate.

Pricing & Quotes

How do I get a quote?

Specify references, quantities per SKU, delivery address(es) and desired date. We send a quote with unit prices, lead times and shipping.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes — price tiers apply beyond certain volumes per SKU or order value. Tiers are detailed in the quote.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ)

What are your MOQs?

MOQs vary by item and customization. As an indication: tableware 24–48 units per SKU; higher for customized products.

Shipping & Logistics

Where do you ship?

Delivery throughout Canada and to selected international destinations.

How do you handle transit breakage?

Report within 48h with photos and the shipping document. Replacement or credit after inspection. Packaging is optimized for HORECA shipments.

Payment terms

What are your standard terms?

50% deposit on order, balance before shipment. Net terms may be offered to approved accounts.

Care & Durability

Is the tableware safe for professional dishwashers?

Yes — items are designed for daily use. Care recommendations are specified by glaze/finish, and tests can be carried out on request.

Returns & Defects

What is your B2B return policy?

Made-to-order items are not returnable, except in the case of a defect. Report any issue within 7 days of receipt.

Materials & Sustainability

Where are the items made?

Made by local workshops in Quebec. Short supply chains, responsible materials, and repairability when possible.
